Orthodontics – Eatontown, NJ

Giving Your Smile a Straight Path

Did you wear braces at a young age? Have your teeth begun to shift back to their crooked position? Think you’re too late to receive any form of orthodontic care? Here’s the good news. Nearly one quarter of orthodontic patients are adults, so there’s hope for you yet! Dr. G is more than happy to offer teeth straightening treatments that do not require you to wear metal brackets and wires, nor make changes to your day-to-day oral care or diet, including Invisalign as well as our own in-house brand called Nu Smile Aligners (which delivers the same quality of care for a lower price). Call our dental office and we’ll help you set up a consultation to discuss orthodontics in Eatontown, NJ.

Why Choose NU Dental Eatontown for Orthodontics?

Invisalign Clear Braces

As you start your Invisalign treatment, we’ll begin to design your series of aligners. These are made from clear, medical-grade plastics. Each pair of aligners is designed to fit over both your top and bottom arches. As they are worn, they gently shift your teeth into a straighter and healthier position. You’ll need to wear each pair of aligners for about two weeks, then move on to the next pair in your series until you’ve worn each one. You’ll need to wear your aligners for at least 22 hours a day, only removing to eat meals or practice oral care. Because the aligners are removable, the alignment process is largely more convenient and aesthetically-pleasing.

NU Smile Aligners

Our NU Smile Aligners are quite similar to Invisalign, meaning we use a series of clear, plastic aligners to subtly shift teeth. You can expect NU smile aligners to be designed as well as fabricated based on our dental office’s digital scans and examinations of your teeth and jaw. As a result, wearing them is far more comfortable and easier to maintain, especially when compared to metal braces. Once you’ve addressed your smile concerns, we can also produce a clear retainer that is worn every day for the first year, then only at night following that, to keep your smile straight.
