Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. Patients typically receive 1–3 messages per appointment cycle. Employees may receive messages as needed for operational updates.

Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. To re-enroll, reply START or contact our office directly.

No Sharing of Mobile Information: Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and messaging consent collected through our SMS program will not be shared with, sold to, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties for any commercial or promotional purpose.
